Brad is an amazing masseuse! He is the best and creates such a welcoming, relaxing environment. I am so lucky he is at my local Hand & Stone.

The massage therapist focused on problem areas--knots--in my shoulder blades. This made part of the massage painful, but I appreciate the greater good of working out the knots. I appreciate how he talked me through why these knots existed in the first place (lactic acid buildup) and what I can do about it (certain stretches). I recommend Steve as a massage therapist.

The massage therapist was well versed in knowledge of assisting in area of concern Her wonderful approach and demeanor I highly recommend her because of her ability to make me comfortable as it was my first ever massage. Great facility and ambience.
