Employee (Nancy)was very nice, helped me with my lower back pain, she is very knowledgeable, very professional staff at front desk.

Everyone was nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. Ewa, the massage therapist was, in addition, skilled at what she does, and you can tell she has a heart to make people feel better.

The masseuse was very knowledgeable and helped to relieve a lot of tension. She made recommendations that were very helpful.

Highly satisfied with staff, accommodation. Too early to have a response on one of the survey questions. Some services as the cryo are not noticeable within a 24 hour time period. Options available were appealing.
