Location is always clean and staff always courteous. Appointment ran on schedule. This was actually rebooked because my original therapist had suffered an injury. Staff texted me to let me know so that I could rebook before showing up - greatly appreciated! Asked great questions to ensure I could be matched to a similar therapist. Worked out great!
