As always, coming to Hand & Stone monthly never disappoints. The massage therapists have always been professional and have amazing skills. The front desk staff and owner are helpful and sweet.

I've said it more than once, Sophie is outstanding. She knows how to address my pain points or areas where I'm tight or tense. She is always very positive and in a good mood, she is very pleasant to talk to and knows when I start to zone out she stops talking.

My therapist worked on the areas I mentioned needed the most attention, used techniques that were unique and new to me, and have me some ideas for things I can do at home to compliment the massage work that was done.

I always go in feeling tense and stressed. I get a lot of knots in my shoulders from serving so it’s nice getting those taken care of
