Location is always clean and staff always courteous. Appointment ran on schedule. This was actually rebooked because my original therapist had suffered an injury. Staff texted me to let me know so that I could rebook before showing up - greatly appreciated! Asked great questions to ensure I could be matched to a similar therapist. Worked out great!

The staff was wonderful. Myra was able to accommodate my physical limitations and helped to relieve some of the pain in my shoulder.

My therapist is amazing. She explains procedures to me so I understand how and why my muscles are tense.

I had a great experience and facial. It was my first ever facial so I was initially a little nervous and didn't know what to expect. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a very relaxing and educational experience. She gave me lots of good advice dealing with my concerns and I will be making a future appointment soon!

As always, coming to Hand & Stone monthly never disappoints. The massage therapists have always been professional and have amazing skills. The front desk staff and owner are helpful and sweet.
