Hand and Stone

Appreciated the assistance of the staff (Sam, Erica and Jim) as regards membership.

My only problem was that when I booked my appointment and I received my confirmation call they said I would have to pay $10 for my visit. If I have a gift card for a himalayan stone massage I would expect the gift card to cover it. If your costs change from the purchase time to the massage the guest should not be liable for that difference.

I had not been to Hand and Stone for a while due to the pandemic so this was my first time back for a massage. I was happy that I booked with them because I could tell that they took safety and health precautions very seriously. The receptionists were very friendly, the waiting area was clean and the wait time was right on schedule. My massage was booked with Anthony who was not only professional but very good at his job. He asked what my trouble areas might be and the reason for coming in during the initial consultation. By the end of my appointment, I felt lighter and the tension that I carried in my shoulders was nonexistent. I can't wait to go back again and book more services!

Linju listened to my concerns and gave good work on areas of discomfort. She included instruction on self care and other pertinent information. Very professional and worthwhile experience.

I have been very happy with Demeka. She has always given a wonderful massage. The staff is very friendly, and it has always been a pleasant experience.

Slavica is absolutely amazing! She's my person I must see for facials everytime! My skin immediately feels and looks so much better after I see her. I almost fall asleep because the facial is so calming

The girl at desk was training another person she was a perfect patient trainer Very knowledgeable and happy to share that knowledge

Angela did a wonderful job. She said to just lay back and relax and that's just what I did.
