The management & staff are very customer focus. Go out of their way to make sure your appointments are scheduled timely and services provided are completed within scheduled time frames. Very knowledgeable on services & products they retail. Definitely would recommend this location.

Appreciated the assistance of the staff (Sam, Erica and Jim) as regards membership.

My only problem was that when I booked my appointment and I received my confirmation call they said I would have to pay $10 for my visit. If I have a gift card for a himalayan stone massage I would expect the gift card to cover it. If your costs change from the purchase time to the massage the guest should not be liable for that difference.
