The reception was very friendly & knowledgeable. The massage therapist knew what to do regarding my aches & pains & what to do to stretch my muscles. Which I really liked.

Rachel is good With getting rid of my Sciatic nerve. It feels great the next day and it’s gone but it doesn’t last long so I’ve got to keep going.

I do CrossFit and my shoulders and back take a beating. Thanks to Anthony, he gets all the knots out of my back enabling me to continue CrossFit

The massage therapist is very knowledgeable and is concerned about areas that need to be worked on. He also FINDS areas that need work! He also remembers specific comfort requests and provides them without me needing to ask.
