My esthetician discussed step-by-step what each process of the facial consisted of. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and suggested appropriate facial products for my type of skin.

Friendly Knowledgeable Efficient

Angela does a fantastic job with her facials! The staff is always friendly and courteous. I always recommend Angela to my friends and family. The only issue I have is the past few times I have been in I couldn't get change back to tip Angela. They only had hundred dollar bills. Make sure you have extra bills to wear people can make change. I also had to make sure that I had exact change to pay for my upgrade. Yes I have a credit card on file, but don't want to use it. I rather pay cash.

I feel very comfortable with my massage therapist. Both are very knowledgeable. I wish you could get a cupping massage vs a regular massage at times. (Without paying the extra fee) that cupping massage was very rejuvenating! So far I have been very satisfied!

Ive been impressed by Hand and Stone from the 1st encounter in Nashville to my 2nd in Elmhurst. I must say I always feel comfortable, welcomed and the massages have been top notch.

It was my first time having a male masseuse and he made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist answered any questions I had about filling out my questionnaire. Also my masseuse had no problem addressing my shoulder and neck pain and relieving some of the tension.

Therapist when available is great.

Brad is a great part of my "highly satisfied" response. The pleasurable staff makes it an easy process to book and the place is nice. But Brad's massage and personality keep me coming back. If he should leave, I would follow him.
