The rooms are cold , spas aren't supposed to be cold Rosa is amazing but this is an ongoing issue at this location . Get heaters in all the room and keep them warm

Had a great massage. The whole place is very clean and relaxing. Easy to pre-book appointments while I'm there.

This location has lost a few good therapist and that has made it harder to make appointments.

Jack is a great massage therapist. He was able to address my problem areas that I noted. The H&S facility is nicely kept.

I planned on stopping my membership-mostly because with my work schedule it is hard to get appointment. I got massage from Mary. She was excellent. She did a great job overall with the massage. She was aware of my sore back and hip. I changed my mind about cancelling and found another appointment with Mary.

Olivia was awesome! I've never seen my face and skin looking so healthy glow wise.

Tina is great, she’s knowledgeable on products available, suggests what to do and not to do in my own regimen and she’s great to talk to, too.

I have been going for over 3 years now Marylin is the best.
