Maria is an excellent massage therapist and I appreciate her expertise and care. She really took her time with my concerns; I was only slightly disappointed that she ran out of time to do my hands and my head (I had asked for a "relaxing head-to-toe massage") but I think that's only because she wanted to fully take care of my problem areas.

Therapist was great! Very friendly and the massage felt amazing. He made sure to check in and make sure pressure was good through massage.

I appreciate the ease of online scheduling. My masseuse (Edgar)was amazing. Very professional and thorough.

I have been very satisfied since the opening of the hand and stone in elmhurst. it is close to home and everyone is always friendly and helpful when you ask about your membership or points or services available and the time and dates of availability of the massage therapists that are working on the day you're looking for and the time you're looking for. I feel safe when arriving at hand and stone in elmhurst always since COVID hit, and everyone there checks for temperature and does the questionnaire necessary to move forward with the appointment. their follow up is always overall good in confirming appointments that are scheduled or adding an appointment when it is available. the owner Jim is friendly and goes out of his way to acocomoddate your needs and especially when COVID hit this year was available to answers questions and also to let me know what procedures and protocol/s were going to be used in order to secure a safe environment for me as a member and also going forward since the past ten months giving any updates from the staff and owner as to my massage therapist and her availability and what times and dates she may be out due to an injury which occurred. #1 servic

Brad is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had. He is extremely personable and makes you feel very welcome the second you check in. Then his knowledge and abilities are fantastic. He always takes the time to address any problem areas and works very hard to provide a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a massage.

I see Anthony at this location, he is the only therapist able to help with my migraines and TMJ. He is very knowledgeable and always pays attention to detail. The whole staff has been very professional!

This was my first ever massage as this was a gift. This was such a wonderful relaxing experience at such difficult times. I left so relaxed and my arm aches were quickly identified and she knew exactly how to ease those aches! I plan to come back on future returns to Elmhurst.

Clean, friendly, timely, relaxing

The reception staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My message therapist does an incredible job at relaxing me and hitting all the points that require a little more attention. I find the cost to be on par with other facilities I’ve used in the past.
