Nicole did amazing work she worked out spots that have been hurting me since Christmas and I have seen other massage therapists. Even this one spot in my heel is completely gone now. She was very nice and professional. I only marked neutral on the product used because I don't have much of a preference nothing she used was bad . And I also marked about the knowledge of the front desk neutral because none of that was discussed the front desk was very friendly and on top of things .

I asked about adding Microdermabrasion to my facial and she explained and used it perfectly! I have a frozen shoulder that is very painful so she totally avoided touching it. She was professional snd full of helpful information!

The ladies were all very friendly. I felt at ease during my services. They were very thorough with the services as well.

The overall experience is relaxing and enjoyable. My esthetician is friendly and knowledgeable and my skin is noticeably improved with repeated facials. My esthetician even went above and beyond to give me outside product recommendations and never made me feel pressured to spend more just because. Just love the whole experience.
