Cleanliness of the spa. Maribel is so professional and very knowledgeable of her craft. I would love to continue to get facials every few months . As long as Covid restrictions either lift or stay the same. The cost of the facial is fair . Wish it was a little less however the quality is excellent.

Everyone is always so friendly and aiming to please. They made me feel incredibly relaxed and less stressed.

My comment is more towards my dissatisfied answer. The link for the pre-screening was not working. I tried both links from two emails I received and both did not work. I called my location for the service and they said to come a little early and fill in the form. Thankfully all worked out an I was able to get my massage. Not being able to complete the necessary paperwork before hand was stressful because I didn’t want to lose my appointment since there is a month wait period since things are so booked up.

My experience was amazing. During my appointment I felt relaxed and in good hands. I left feeling like a new women!!

Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. My skin always feels so refreshed and healthy after my visits. The vibe is always calming and relaxing while I’m there for my visits.

Jessica my therapist is amazing. She always concentrates on my problem areas (my neck) by getting to areas that nobody else does. I always leave feeling better than I arrived. I love her technique, its both therapeutic and relaxing.

Everyone working there is very friendly and professional. The place is clean and safe. My therapist does a fantastic job but I made future appointments with her .

My massage tech Jessica is AMAZING!!! That’s it! Ladies at the reception desk are warm welcoming and patient. Love the service my daughter and I receive when we visit.
