The esthetician was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She cared about any concerns that I had about my face and sympathized for me. She was very knowledgeable about any problem areas and concerns. The environment was very warm, welcoming, and clean and all other staff were pleasant.

I felt like top priority during my facial with Patrizia. She was so knowledgeable and helpful with my needs! I’ve never experienced such luxury during a facial before. She truly shows such passion and love through her work. I went to get waxed an hour later and told my wax lady to book a facial with Patrizia because she’s so amazing. I’ll be recommending her to everyone and will continue to come back myself.

Although I expressed dissatisfaction with reception knowledge and overall communication on specials, my esthetician made it all ok. My facial experience was wonderful.

Massage therapist was awesome!! The table was a little squeaky throughout massage-may need some WD40-it was a little disruptive to 100% relax.
