Receptionists are pleasant. My therapist, Gigi, is wonderful. Not sure I would continue my membership if she were not there.

My therapist was great!

Unfortunately, my regular esthetician had to cancel. However, I was able to still come in at the same day and same time. I was nervous that I would not love my treatment with a "new" esthetician. It was still as amazing! I love everything about Hand & Stone!

Mary asks a lot of questions to understand my massage needs and takes great care to address any problem areas I may have. She’s careful to ensure pressure is appropriate and table, room and stone temps are perfect, too! I also appreciate that the staff here are careful to remember details, such as the inability to schedule a 30 minute extension, and they will call me later to offer it if it becomes available.
