Everyone I was in contact with was very accommodating helpful and curtious Happy the krystal is back and received all the attention expected. The establishment has always been on their game and continues to be.

The suite and all rooms have the perfect ambiance. The rooms are nice and quiet and I never hear people in other rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful and my masseuse is friendly but professional.

My therapist Lyndsay made me feel very welcomed, was professional and did an excellent job. I had a lot of knots in my back from work and she found them all! I was able to schedule another massage in three weeks at a convenient day and time.

Great experience when at Hand and Stone my therapist Jane was just wonderful and knowledgeable about how to relieve problem areas. Also relaxing. Thanks.

Clean and friendly staff. Therapist excellent. Only problem was staff never called to let m know my appointments were cancelled due to my therapist having left. Fortunately I saw online they were no longer showing and I called for clarification and told they were cancelled. I would have showed up not knowing my appts were cancelled. They said they were busy and had not caught up yet.

The massage itself is great. Everything was very clean. I liked how my temp was checked.
