I believe that my aesthetician is very knowledgeable about the skincare, and the services that are offered at Hand And Stone. I also believe that she understands how to look at someone’s skin and recommend a service that is best for their skin type. I very much enjoy the service itself and it’s very relaxing.

I was able to book my desired appointment the same day. The options available were numerous but my esthetician helped add a service that was appropriate for me. It was a relaxing experience close to home!

Receptionists are pleasant. My therapist, Gigi, is wonderful. Not sure I would continue my membership if she were not there.

My therapist was great!

Unfortunately, my regular esthetician had to cancel. However, I was able to still come in at the same day and same time. I was nervous that I would not love my treatment with a "new" esthetician. It was still as amazing! I love everything about Hand & Stone!
