Hand and Stone provides the best massage I have ever had - and I have had many, many massages.

The massage therapist was so kind and welcoming. The ambiance was extremely relaxing. I felt the entire experience was clean and warm and welcoming.

If I could offer one thing, it would be to check in guests as they come in (or have a self check in computer), even if the receptionist is checking out someone else especially if they are explaining the membership or a person is questioning the $10 transfer fee. I feel I sometimes wait too long at the receptionist counter to get checked in but no questions asked this question. Reason why I still gave a high grade is someone in a back room will come out and check me in or this like this past week my massage therapist came out to check if I was there as I am never late. Overall its a good program, reasonably priced, and the ambiance is relaxing. I don't feel you should charge $10 to transfer a credit or charge extra for a couples room, but I do understand your in business to make money....

It was my first time for a massage and facial and I was very satisfied.

Anastasia has always been the best in listening to my needs. She concentrates on those areas. I always feel better when I leave.

The cold stone facial & foot scrub were so nice today. I forgot to ask at the beginning of the appointment & Gina still accommodated me. That is why Gina is the best. I almost fell asleep during the massage! Awesome as always!!

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a "Christmas in July" offer in the mail, which prompted me to buy 2 reduced rate coupons for my daughter and for me. Neither of us have had a message in years, and this message brought back pleasant memories. Very relaxing and helped loosen the tension in my shoulders. I mustn't wait so long for my next message!

The staff is extremely friendly! Everyone accommodated me as best they could for my appointment. The therapists and esticians are very knowledgeable.

The front desk was very friendly and Meghan who did my facial was the best! she was very knowledgable. I will always go back to this location
