Everything here is always top notch. My body hurts a lot due to my medical challenges & the massage therapists always know their stuff & make me feel so much better after they work their magic. The front desk staff is always so pleasant & attentive. Excellent team at your location

The new CBD massage is life changing. I get my massage at night and it has helped me get a good nights rest without as many aches and pains. Would defiantly recommend Derik to anyone.

Super great there. I accidentally dropped my cup of water there and the blonde receptionist ran over to help clean it up. She was nice but the others sitting behind the desk were whispering and snickering and when I gave them a look they tried to hide behind signs and whisper quieter. Not professional.

The reception staff are friendly and make an effort to know returning clients and do a great job of marketing the spa's services to potential clients. Although I don't know what is your conversion rate from one time user to package user. The massage therapist, Rachel, is friendly, responsive to needs, professional and remembers prior client requests. The only thing of mention is a preference that perhaps the feet be washed first prior to beginning the massage, as massaging the feet and then proceeding to other parts of the body seems a bit less hygienic. Many massage establishments around the globe do indeed do this as many view the feet as the least clean part of the body.

I am always welcomed and made to feel at home. Receptionist and therapists are pleasant. I live in Blandon but prefer coming to the Hamilton crossing location over the Wyomissing because I've had better experiences there!!

Katie is wonderful. Makes product and service suggestions that fit my individual needs.
