Hand and Stone

The whole experience was relaxing and sressfree. The message therapist was very informed and made the experience, very relaxing for my first time at Hand and Stone. I can't wait to schedule my next visit, I think the hardest part of the process is deciding what kind of massage I would like for my next visit. I"m telling all my friends and co-workers how relaxed I was after my visit and they should try a massage after a stressful work day.

My facial was amazing, but my sister in law and I had appointments for a facial and a massage. The person doing the facials had an appointment to go to and there was no replacement. We had to cancel an appointment for each of us and we had taken the day off of work for this.

I wish that there was one close to the poconos because I enjoyed my experience.

This was the best massage I ever had . I will be continuing to book with her every time now . I loved her knowledge of my back surgery I had as a kid . She went to massage school in NYC. Her skills are amazing. She knew exactly what I needed done

Always welcoming here. Meagan gave an excellent facial. My first massage ever was with Yentl. Perfect! Always enjoy my facials. My skin has improved dramatically with the procedure and products I’ve purchased.

When I walk in the door. The receptionist knows my name and greets me kindly . Jane, my therapist, is why I signed up for the member service. She is great !!

I would like to be able to use my gift cards for tips. My sister gets these for me for gifts and likes to include the amount for a tip, but I was told I had to use ANOTHER card for the tip, even though my sister paid in CASH for the gift card. What is the deal if it is paid for with my gift card or my debit card? I told my sister from now on only put the money on for the service she wants to get for me and not to include money for a tip, because I was told it could not be used. I now have to wait another YEAR for another birthday and Christmas before I have enough for another service. :-(

I am always pleased with my experience at Hand and Stone and my massage therapist, Emmanuel is very knowledgable. He does a great job and I would highly recommend to a friend!

The receptionists are always very friendly and accommodating. My massage therapists always ask how I'm feeling during the massage and target areas that I am feeling discomfort in. I reccomend this location to my friends and family.
