My massage therapist is highly knowledgeable about various techniques to release tension in my muscles. She recommended different types of massages for my following appointments and they have worked great.

I loved my massage therapist- I believe her name was Emily. She was so nice and really cheerful and the massage was perfect. She asked about my comfort level enough but not too much- which is important! Probably one of the best massages I ever had. It was my first time getting a Himalayan Salt Stone Massage and I will certainly be coming back for one again in the very near future. I even decided I'd gift my father with one of her massages for Christmas after I left!

Professional, clean, quiet & therapist listens

Yentl is such an excellent massage therapist - I booked specifically with her because I had visited with her before and knew she would be able to work on my upper body/neck/shoulders with great technique and knowledge. My only issue overall with the appointment was that it took a while to be able to book it online...something was wrong on the Hand & Stone website for a few days that prevented me from making a booking online. I think the Allentown location actually advises customers to call in because the web functionality is not great...but I like using the site because I can see many options for time slots, etc. This is the only thing I hope Hand & Stone will work on to improve the customer service experience.
