Overall experience was amazing I left feeling so relaxed and my skin feeling amazing. Only regret I have is not joining the membership we’re the enrollment fee was waived. I definitely will return Megan and Crystal were amazing

The massage therapist was professional and on time. The room was comfortable and relaxing. The massage was wonderful.

My therapist Nicole was great. Best deep tissue massage I've had in a long time. She focused on my back and shoulders like I had asked. Already made an appointment for next month. The receptionist was also friendly and polite.

Imelda is wonderful and I will continue to request her. She communicates well about what she is doing, and how the pressure feels. Her massages are very effective and she is very kind and does a better job than most other therapists I've been to for massage.

They were able to accommodate my appointment. It was a good experience. Might come back for a massage.

My facial was excellent. I left my visit feeling great. The esthetician made me feel relaxed. My face was glowing by the time i left.

Since coming to Hamilton Crossings, the first 2 therapists that I originally booked with have since left, I have had to ‘shop’ for a new therapist since their departures. This session was my first with Crystal & I was comfortable with her technique. I booked my next appt with her.

I had a facial done after a long and busy day at work. I felt so relaxed during the whole process and enjoyed every minute and didn’t want it to end. I think I even dosed off on the table while waiting for my mask to harden. Lol!

Imelda is the absolute best! I recommend her to everyone I speak to about H&S!
