I love my esthetician! She is the first one thay I feel like actually explains products, procedures and cares about my skin. I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my skin following services and I’m impressed by her talent and knowledge so much so that I recommend her to my peers. I’m not impressed with the price increase however mostly because I can’t even get in for a massage appointment and when I got the membership I was planning to do both several times a month, yet I haven’t been able to do that. I also had an issue with old cards being on file after I called to change but thay could be because of new staff. Overall not dissatisfied but might have to go to elsewhere for massages
