I feel welcomed and valued from the minute I entered Hand & Stone to ask questions about the membership I had received as a gift. The receptionist was friendly and patients, answering everything I asked in easy to understand terms. Upon coming back for my appointment I received that same welcome again, from the front of house, massage therapist, and upon leaving. My massage therapist asked me questions and used that information to give me a wonderful massage. I was very pleased with experience. The massage beds were almost as comfortable as my bed, from the temperature controlled heat, to the comfortable blankets. I felt very important and that my privacy was valued.

My massage therapist, Dylan was very professional & knowledgeable & helped alleviate some aches & pains that I had. Anyone that can help me manage the pain I deal with from fibromyalgia, warrants a highly satisfied score !

Yentil was awesome. She was very attentive and worked miracles on my troublesome lower back. She also used Thai (?) massage approaches to further stretch the affected area. I felt like I was several inches taller and floating when I left. And best of all...pain free. I scheduled a follow up visit with her for next week.

My therapist made sure to tailor my massage to my specific needs, and checked in often to ensure the pressure was confortable. The reception staff was very courteous and helpful.
