The staff was very friendly & helpful! The bathrooms, reception area, & massage rooms were all very clean! My massage therapist was friendly & made the whole experience relaxing!

The talent of the therapist was great. The use of the monthly fee for 90 minutes instead of holding that in my account while I paid extra was disappointing.

Was made to feel special and everyone that I interacted with wanted to make sure my experience was the best ever.

I was away at at a conference and could not get an appt at the hotel. I called a local Hand and stone and they were able to accommodate me. I was very pleased with my esthetician and the facial she provided me. It is too bad this is 60 miles away form where I live!

Wil was great!! He worked on an area that I️ asked and was thorough!!!

Each time I visit the Allentown location, I am always satisfied. Some therapists' styles are different than others, but none have been a negative experience. I'm always comfortable and leave feeling refreshed after each massage.

The receptionist welcomed us and was very friendly. The services were what we requested. Rachael facial and facial massage techniques were exceptionally good. My only complaint would be that when I have gone for massages in the past that hour massages last 60 minutes from start to finish of the massage not 50. I think I'd you are advertising an hour massage it should be 60 minutes not 50. Other than that very happy with the services.

Upon exiting the massage room areas and into the reception area, the brightness of the natural light during the day can dissatisfy the relaxing ambiance.
