Hand and Stone

Upon arriving, the receptionist greeted me by my name ! I literally waited a minute & my massage therapist Tiffany greeted me with a smile. Tiffany worked on problem areas & I left feeling like a miracle had been performed ! Overall excellent experience !

I was a client at Massage Envy in the past and Hand and Stone is so much better. I love the idea of earning points and their policy on bringing guests is also a bonus. The interior decor and bathroom is also much nicer. It appears to be a clean environment and looking forward to returning soon.

My therapist listened to my needs for the message. More mental then physical . Due to anxiety from a car accident.

Krystal delivers top-notch massage therapy. Highly therapeutic. All the other staff are also terrific.

The esthetician knew what she was doing, was gentle. She explained to me what my skin was like and what it needed, and treated it accordingly. I didn't feel like I was getting a generic facial, I felt like she catered specifically to my skin needs.

Dylan listened to everything I asked of him and tailored my massage to fit my needs. I liked that he used a variety of different techniques. He also checked in frequently to make sure I was ok.

Alexis is a wonderful therapist, he always makes me feel welcomed and is very talented. I am concerned that the shop doesn't have enough stock. I can never purchase what I want because it's always out.
