The reception area was welcoming, clean and calm. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Rachel, my aesthetician, was WONDERFUL, Knowledgeable, very meticulous and detailed. I scheduled an appointment for my Mother with Rachel and Hamilton Crossings in Allentown, Pa. I also will be booking regularly with Rachel. She should be a VALUED ASSET TO Hand and Stone!!!!!

My massage therapist Rachel, is great, seems very knowledgeable in her field, friendly and always satisfies all my needs within my appts. She is a great massage therapist and definitely gets my tension I have out well and also makes for a nice n relaxing massage too and I'm always real please w her service of the massage and her overall service and pleasantness to serve me at hand n stone every time ! She is great n I definitely would recommend her!

I always heard 'horror stories' from friends that have received facials elsewhere and that their esthetician made them feel bad about themselves and their facial cleaning methods so I went in nervous. Rachel was amazing not only did she make me food good about myself I left feeling wonderful and refreshed and it was an amazing experience. I never had a facial before and I will definitely be coming back for another.

I think Alexis is a highly skilled therapist and I always request him. He gets to know you. He listens to concerns and he truly helps every time. He's a joy!
