The people were friendly, professional and were attentive to my areas of concern. The massage was firm and thorough. The therapist concentrated on the muscle groups that were most problematic for me. Although the firm pressure was a little painful in spots (shoulder/spine back), the therapy helped to provide relief to those areas. The glutes, quads and hamstring also felt better after treatment.
