Limited availability for specific massage therapist.

Therapist was told neck and shoulders. She rubbed those areas excessively in one or two spots but did not massage or feel for the obvious knots that I have and work those. I actually have pain on my shoulder bones from where she kept rubbing. When on my back she moved her fingers up and down once or twice from under my back with zero pressure. She also spent a lot of unnecessary time rubbing near the carotid artery over and over which did nothing but give discomfort.

I enjoyed my facial and was very satisfied with her service and personality. I liked my massage therapist, she was nice and friendly, however, i did not enjoy the massage as much as I have from other therapists.

I have had many massages performed by private therapists. This massage was good, but not exceptional.

I was highly satisfied. Jane is a fantastic masseuse. Front office is very friendly and helpful
