My massage didn't start until 3:15. It was a 3 o'clock appointment. The massage only lasted 45 instead of 50 minutes

As a long term member when a therapist cancels the day of, I feel the receptionist should be more empathetic to the inconvenience of the member and should accommodate them by finding an appt at another location if none are available at the regular location. Go the extra mile

Not as relaxing as the other two massages I have had. I believe this was due to not enough pressure. Lighting was too bright for first half.

I don’t like initiation fees or I would have signed up as a member. I tried to make a phone reservation and was told nothing was available in May with a coupon. Going into the store made it easier. I realize there may have been a cancellation.

I think the massage should be an hour, it’s just not long enough to feel totally relaxed and feel any lasting effects.

Massage was a service my doctor indicated would contribute to my overall recovery from knee replacement surgery! I’m encouraged by the results of massage! I look forward to my next massage!
