The room was a bit cool. The massage therapist was more rigorous, which I liked , on my back but less so on my legs and arms. Would also have liked my face and head done to allow for some relaxation in that area.

The price of membership has increased several times in the past couple of years which has reduced the value of the services to me. Also, I do not like for tipping app due to the fee charged for using the app. I prefer charging my credit card. But since this is not an option, I pay the tip in cash...rather inconvenient.

Feel like services getting pricey Would be nice also to know how points work

Difficult to get evening appts

I very satisfied with the massage and the staff . The issue is the availability of appointments and the cost of the massage . I don’t see where the membership is a savings and with limited appointments one can just purchase a single massage when needed .

Ten minutes late but they still ended on the hour. The massage was painful at one point although I said it was uncomfortable.

As a 10+ year member, we should not be paying the same price as new members. You do not value long standing members. It is poor business in my opinion. I have canceled my membership.

The rewards program was not easily explained. I had a member explain it to me though. I added aromatherapy, and the oils got in my hair when massage therapist worked on my neck. Left spa looking like I needed to wash my hair.

No negative comments to share.

I feel the price increase should only be for new members joining not the loyal existing members. I am also not aware of how to redeem points and just found out that they exist from taking this survey.
