Overall I enjoy the experience. Good atmosphere when I went in, friendly staff, and peaceful. When I was getting my massage I could hear the other room's conversation. At times it was a bit distracting from the relaxation. I do not blame my massage therapist, as she did a great job with pressure and focus areas for me.

Was not satisfied with the massage therapist techniques. Did not feel like a massage, felt like I was being pressed and petted, not massaged nor did she tackle my problem areas with appropriate pressure. Was way too light in pressure and did not spend adequate time on my areas of concern

I was disappointed I was trying to schedule a scalp massage online but there’s 2 things called aromatherapy and I guess I selected the wrong one. It’s just confusing on the booking end

I had to go get my arm checked at a urgent care My elbow after my massage got swollen

I live my therapist ! He’s awesome . The price of the membership has risen 3 times in the last year . I was scheduled an appointment in September on a day it wax 87 degrees . I was called 2 hours early for my appointment and asked if I wanted to come earlier and extend my service. I agreed . I got undressed and on the table . Realized after 5 mins the air conditioning was broken !!! Was told the therapist controlled the temperature.. etc .. Utternonsense !!! I have had a membership for 3 years . I asked to speaker to manager . Not available. Then called the next day . Stilll no mgr . Left messages . No return call . It’s been 2 months . Still waiting to hear from the manager! A massage on special is $80 or less anywhere . The membership is useless . Why pay in advance when you can ‘t schedule appointments.. etc ?

There should be improvement on the Hand and Stone App. It is not really user friendly. I'm highly satisfied with my therapists. I really like Patrizia for my facials and Monica for massages. They are both very knowledgable, kind and considerate women. I will be continuing my membership as long as they are available.

there is limited availability for appointments for massage. very difficult to get on the schedule. would be good to book further in advance, but many therapists don't have their schedule in more than a month or two out
