As stated above would like easier path to schedule future appointments with provider of choice.

I think the service provided prior to COVID was better. The therapist was awesome. I think my oft gets sore after all of my massages which means I may not come back to this place. This is the second time this has happened

I don’t think it’s worth it anymore. I notice that lately the beauticians trying very hard to make you use as many packages possible during one visit. When I do the normal facial I don’t get the same service with the same person. I used to combine the packages, but when I counted the value it come down I paid for one visit 240$ plus tip. For that money I can go somewhere else and get more for my $. So, I decided to cancel my membership. It happend for me too that my appointment got canceled. Especially when it’s Friday night what was really disappointing.

I had overheard other customers saying how relaxing their facial had been, and the other receptionist explaining what you receive in the service. I would consider a facial, but am not familiar with what's received.

Appointment availability is a priority. Ease of scheduling was key. I would have liked a little more pressure for my massage but otherwise good.

I feel like I didn’t get the hour that is stated. I was out of the room ten minutes early according to my watch.

Only had one massage that started on time. Was not happy with most of my therapists. Was finishing out October before I quit my membership. Then I had Gigi. Started on time and was excellent. Am now staying and booking only with her. I will be a member as long as she is there.

I could have used a bit more pressure durinf my massage, though the therapist was very relaxing so I did not speak up, though she did not ask. It was not a usual therapist I visit. Also, I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and filled out forms online so had no forms to complete upon arrival. I even had time to visit the bathroom and come back to the waiting area before being called back. Despite this my massage lasted only about 45 minutes. It was definitely a notable time difference from other therapists I have seen at this location. It was a very relaxing massage though - I would've savored the remaining 5 minutes :)

Overall, the availability for services is very limited

I had three appointments scheduled and all 3 had been changed to another therapist. I was as not called or notified in any way. No one could give me any explanation as to why.
