It’s hard to get an appointment and not all the massage. Therapist give a good massage.

Problems with my sciatic pain and SI joint pain not relieved but do not blame therapist. Will continue massage treatment to ascertain possible relief over time. My expectations were not a result of the service rendered.

massage therapist gave a decent massage, but was a bit interpersonally odd. even though i mentioned to her at the beginning that i was there to relax and would likely even fall asleep during the massage (being a mom of two young children, i was exhausted coming in!), she talked almost the whole time, mostly about her range of difficult life experiences - everything from her toddler misbehaving to those three car accidents she suffered as a teenager when she dating the "wrong boy." it felt odd and distracted from being able to relax.

Esthetician got several products in my eyes. Vision was blurry and eyes wet burning and watering after service. Spent too much time in beginning of appointment explaining too many options.

I was satisfied with my service, the floors in the massage room were not clean. But the staff and massage therapist were friendly and met my needs.

I was highly satisfied with the massage therapist. I feel that the receptionists are not always that friendly. Never rude, but I don't find them to be all that friendly especially considering I am there every 2 weeks for appointments the last few years so clearly a returning customer they should recognize. I also feel when reminder calls are left for me that they stress the 24 hour cancelation policy very heavily. I don't believe I have every canceled within 24 hours (vs the countless times the location has canceled my appointment) so I'm not sure why the heavy stress on this when they call to remind me of my appointment.

The staffing issues, it’s very hard to get appointments.
