The massage did not last an hour. It was quite a bit shorter than that.

Therapist I prefer is hard to make appointments with. I make appointments months in advance so I can continue to see her.

I like the place nice and clean ,the esthetician was super nice and did such a great job she loves her job very knowledgeable.

The visit met my expectations. I was a guest of a friend and she was unable to get us appointments at the same time without booking 2weeks out.

She talked too much and asked me questions which prevented me from being totally relaxed

Appointments are booking 3 months out.

I'm highly satisfied with my hand and stone experience and membership as everyone is very patient and welcoming. The members address all questions and recommend next visit upgrades to achieve my goal.

My massage therapist did start late. I was waiting in the for 5 mins. Which I know cuts into the time of the massage.

Different staff members have different ways of completely the service (which is okay). Sometimes the treatment clears my skin, and other times it does not depending on the staff member usually.
