I am satisified, if prices were lower, I'd go more oftern.

First time here so i didn't know what to expect. The massage was good can't complain about it! It was when i was paying which i had the issue. The lady asked if i wanted to put gratitude for tip and i said yes and to use the giftcard i had (i thought it was going to be a $10 tip) and it was a $30.05 tip i was charged which i didn't know until i looked at my receipt in the car. They should ask how much to tip not just put a value of their choosing.

Gigi is the best! She is super nice and really listened and took care of my knee and hip.

This is now the second time I need to find another therapist due to their departure. Maybe I should juts seek out a private therapist who will always be available. I am questioning the value of my membership given the need to once again audition therapists.

The massage and ambiance were nice and my massage therapist is very friendly, but I prefer more pressure on certain areas and less on others.

Two reasons. It is very difficult to get on the schedule, causing me to continue to accumulate packages and not being able to use one each month. And, this visit, the receptionist was nice enough to inform me of the number of points I've accumulated - it's quite a lot. I could have been using those on previous services for updates / enhancements, instead of paying the cost difference in cash. Would have been good if someone had informed me anytime over the past year or two, that I could have used points instead of additional cash

The experience was good, I enjoyed her talent . There was not a cubby or a box to put my stuff in and the chair in the room was a little to big for the small space of the massage room. The rooms could be slightly bigger. To allow the worker and client to feel a little more comfortable
