I had an issue with my initial appointment. It was canceled and I was not notified. The manger took almost a week to get back to me but she did get me into a appointment next day. I was highly satisfied with the therapist and have already booked another appointment. There needs to be improvement with the communication if an appointment is canceled. My situation was a little different because a a manger who left canceled my appointment so I didn’t find out until I was on my way to my massage.

Massage therapist talked throughout the entire massage. His hand movement was very vigorous, making it difficult to relax. I probably won't book with him again because he said that's his "style".

I was booked with one therapist and only found out when I checked in that I had been switched to a different therapist.

The Hand and Stone therapist assigned has a nice personality, considerate, and provided a nice massage. My previous, long time massage therapist at Hand and Stone was exceptional, but on leave @Hamilton Crossing Allentown so I am scheduled with random providers.

It feels like just recently I updated my account info before my massage. Since these are electronic documents, I would like to be able to update everything and even check in electronically remotely it takes time to do these documents and I’d rather be getting a minute to sit down and unwind.

Can't get appointments. If I book ahead half the time they call atry to reschedule because therapist left.
