It felt like the amount of down-time in this facial was more than I have experienced in past services, and it almost became distracting rather than relaxing. In my experience when the esthetician is not cleaning/prepping after a mask is applied, for example, they will continue with a short hand/arm/decolette massage, something. As there didn't appear to be much cleaning/prepping, it felt odd to lay unattended for multiple extended periods and it's a bit disappointing from a value perspective.

My esthetician is wonderful no problem with her but the pricing is high for normal people even people on a fixed I understand pricing has gone up but they could possibly do something for membership people

The receptionist staff - all three of them - were loud and kept talking / giggling loudly - and they weren’t really paying attention when I first walked in. My guess was the manager was away

My massage started 10-15 minutes late. I was not taken back to the massage room until 10 minutes after my appointment started (2:10) and then it started 5 minutes after that. My massage was only 40 minutes long because it ended at 2:55. I was disappointed about that, but also when I mentioned this to the receptionist they didn't have a solution and weren't very apologetic about it and acted like nothing could be done about this. She said she would mention it to the manager and that the manager would contact me, but I was never contacted. Before the massage started, I told my massage therapist what areas I wanted to receive extra attention and where I experience the most soreness, tension, and pain. She did not go to that area until the end of the massage and it was very brief (5 minutes or so) that she tended to that area, which was my neck/shoulders/upper back.

I felt rushed when I checked in, and the receptionists were not overly friendly. It is frustrating to have to sign the policy documents / waiver every time I visit. I have asked several times to have the forms sent to me in advance (even the morning of my service), so that I can adequately reviewed them before signing. And to get to all completed before my appointment I have never had success booking online, or changing my appointments. The website is not well designed, I finally just gave up trying

I am satisfied with the services I receive there. What I am very dissatisfied with is the constant cancellation of my appointments and not being able to make them up. I have the monthly package program and have a hard time using the packages I have! It is very, very frustrating getting my appointments cancelled constantly. And no sooner do I get used to 1 therapist they are gone then I have to get used to another!

experience overall was fine. Appoint was for 4PM and taken back at 4:10. I then waited several minutes while she looked up my previous info. I was done with my facial right at 5 despite her not starting on time.

I was 4 minutes late but waited 12 minutes after I arrive. Did not get facial/upper body massage like I have during previous facials with HS.
