I was satisfied, just not highly. Have had better massage therapists.

Inflation is real for everyone. I do t think the franchise realized the massage is a luxury item and many people will cut it from their budget . Especially if the keep raising the prices . Nor did they consider that by raising the prices .. most clients are going to tip less . This effects your therapist. Customers are not going to pay twice . This will effect retention of employees and clients . Also the lack of availability to get a massage in my schedule.. makes me reconsider the membership. If I have to go another Spa because I need / want a massage . Why continue the membership. I could just call around and see who is free .

She massaged OK but didn't hit the points that made me relaxed or fixed.

I wasn’t reminded of the name of who have the massage nor did they say it. I wasn’t informed they were running late and was worried I was at the wrong time but didn’t want to bother them by asking.

Find it very difficult to book appointment in timely manner.

Frustrating booking an appointment in a reasonable time frame due to availability. Have to book appointments at least 3 months in advance as packages add up. Then monthly membership price went up combined with pressure to leave a tip - cost getting too high!

I was very satisfied with the therapist. I would prefer to be able to book an appointment on the website and that is never working well. The forms I need to sign ahead of time - I tried to do this on my phone ahead of time but there was an error in the app so I had to do it in person and I was rushed. I’m also not clear why I have to sign these forms every single time - they are very long legal documents and I’d prefer to have time to read them .

Maribel is amazing… slightly disappointed at some of the costs (lip wax - $25??). Skin looks good though.

The receptionist pushed into selling me a membership while a second receptionist just stared at me from the site (almost as if she was judging and adding pressure for me to make a decision). When asking a few questions about the membership, the receptionist just told me the basics without providing detail on cost, termination of membership, value of membership etc. I ended up buying the membership but feel bitter about it since I felt pressured to get it when I still do not fully understand what it entails. I think the girls at the front desk have a negative attitude and their vibes make you feel stressed even after getting a relaxing massage.

I feel they should go over more with you. They didn’t even say is this too rough?
