Hand and Stone

I have been a member for quite some time and try to book my appointments in advance. When I tried to book future ones, I could not get in for 3 months, and yet my credit card will be charged each month to keep my membership going. Unacceptable!

My only grievance is that the staff my prior 2-3 appointment cancelled on me. So this was my first time back in a long time. I just hope staffing can stay consistent. I have a large number of packages I wanted to use but was cancelled on.

Every hand and stone I deal with. Two in Allentown/center valley and Trinity Florida it takes months to get an appointment and I’m paying every month. You have to many members for the amount of therapists. Your not very customer minded!

Receptionist could not answer questions about new cryotherapy. Price is going up.

I asked my arms/hands not be worked as I dont like oil on them and so left my watch and ring on and he did anyways. When I was on my back I could smell his stinky smokers breath.

I had a gift card for a extra service and they would not honor it. I was told I needed to go to where it was purchased for the promotion. I had to pay $40 that I was not expecting.

Prices are astronomical. Appointment availability is non existent.

Very difficult to get appointments at this location. And then when I do make an appointment it always seems like it needs to be re-scheduled. I think I am going to go to a Hand and Stone that is further away to get an appointment. That is unfortunate as this one is only 10 minutes from my house.

I was not unsatisfied; my experience was ordinary and average, which is fine nothing stood out as incredible, but I've been getting massages for years, so maybe I'm simply used to the experience
