It was a little difficult to check in. I’d really prefer to schedule my visits online, but the website just doesn’t seem to work well for that

My massage was canceled a few hours before my facial. I took a half day at work to have the services. Not the first time I’ve experienced a cancellation. Knowing price is going up, I plan to cancel as soon as I can catch up on my credits.

It is very difficult to get an appointment -- must schedule 3 months or more in advance. Each month I am billed and it is very difficult to get a massage. Also, with the exception of a very few massage therapists, the massages have been mediocre, especially for deep muscle. With the price increase and the unavailability of appointments within 2 weeks - 1 month, I am likely to cancel my membership in the near future.

Your prices are higher than similar services in surrounding area. There is always an "up charge ". Received mini massage during similar service last 2 visits but not this visit

The cost increase blamed on covid is not acceptable

I have been a member for many years, and I am having a hard time scheduling appointments as they book very quickly. I have had to book myself for the next 6 months to make sure I get an appointment. I also froze my account for 3 months to help me catch up on my paid services. I was pleased that I did get called from the waiting list quickly for this appointment.

the receptionists left something to be desired, however, the esthetician's friendliness made up for that.

I didn't appreciate having to share private medical information (vaccine status). I have never had to do that before and it is a bit violating. This would be the ONLY reason I wouldn't return. Otherwise, I was happy with the services rendered.

I love my facial services however the lack of availability for massage appts is disappointing

I was given gift cards and was told I would be able to use them. Since they were promotional and bought at another location, I was NOT allowed to used them. You should be able to use the gift cards at any location regardless.
