THE THEREPIST IS AMAZING BUT NOT ENOUGH TIME SLOTS ALSO TO TRANSFER TO MY SPOUSE SHOULD NOT COST NEITHER SHOULD I HAVETO GET A SEPERATE MEMBERSHIP.

Massage therapist was wonderful. She explained everything in good detail. She did a great job working on my problem area. But I wouldn’t say I’m “HIGHLY SATISFIED” I am satisfied though! I will be back someday.

No availability for 3+ months to have a friend book an appointment the same time as mine.

I love my therapist but she is booked two months out or more so given I haven't found another therapist I like as much as Rose, I have very little flexibility with scheduling

My facial was great, but I wondered why there was no attention to the lips. Everything else was very good.

When I went there to check in, the receptionist was not very friendly; nevertheless, when I was checking out, I felt more comfortable with the receptionist because it was not the same one.

I am not comfortable spending time in a small space with an unvaccinated person. I have a small child at home and was nervous the entire time. It was my understanding Hand & Stone required their employees be vaccinated. Maybe each location is different. I did not know this and expected the same protocol as another location I recently visited.

I thought a Swedish massage would be focusing on full body. My hands and feet did not get touched. Since it was my first time I did not exactly know but after speaking to people I was told it would be included. I also paid extra for a 30 minute scalp massage. My appointment started at 6:30 and was done at 7:20. I paid for a 1 hour Swedish massage with Dylan and the whole massage was less than the full hour when it should have been 90 minutes with everything included.

I have found better massages elsewhere and it is very difficult to schedule an appointment that works with my schedule.

I wish there was more massage time during a facial. I have had facials at a few places and they massage hand and arms. That should be an extra option. I would even pay extra
