She did not talk to me about her movements. Towel over my head snd then over my eyes. No touch or info prior to foot massage. Did not maintain touch when she changed activity not informed me.

Completing the intake form took too long. It was more than just COVID questions, several related questions to waiving legal rights. This should have been sent in advance . I would also appreciate an improved online scheduling system

The introductory price should be the standard price. There should be better discounts/packages at least 25 to 50 percent off. Should be military discount.

I asked for medium to light massage. I got light. I wear hearing aids so to Converse with the therapist would have been useless. I should have stopped her and told her to do more towards medium

Hello, the only reason I was not satisfied is because I think they masseuse should’ve worn a mask . The massage was a little all over the place but again maybe the last massage I had elsewhere wasn’t done by a real professional . It was a good massage just wasn’t as relaxing as I wanted . Maybe I picked the wrong pressure . Not the masseuse fault !
