The esthetician was a little late starting; she talks very fast/hard to grasp everything; I signed on for an hour facial and she was finished in 40-45 minutes. Would have liked to relax longer for full hour scheduled.

I notice a bunch of bruises on the back of my leg the day after my massage. Is this normal?

Did not recommend any products, or even ask if I was interested in any. Had the bed too warm for a 90 degree plus day when I arrived already sweating.

I was concerned that my therapist was not vaccinated and I was not aware of this until I was in the massage! I kept my mask on during massage due to my concern.

I have to book several months ahead to get a day and time that works.

The amount of forms being asked to fill out every time I'm there. I was running late to this appointment and they required me to fill out my entire history all over again. I didn't want to waste my appointment filling out forms. They should have an option to do them online before the appointment or after or at least warn me I'm due to fill them out again. I'm constantly updating these forms every couple of months. Have an option to say, is everything the same? Would you like to update any section of these forms like health info etc. Not start from the beginning every single time.

The staffs are polite and helpful

The experience was about average. I was not disappointed with my experience. The two things I would have changed were, while the rooms were sterile, they felt sterile and could have had a more relaxing aroma. Same with the music. It was elevator music and I felt myself trying to figure out what songs were playing, where maybe a waterfall would have been more relaxing?

The message therapist did seem to know what she was doing and was doing a good job; I personally just didn't know how to relax because it was my first time getting a message but overall I would say it was a unique experience.
