Appt started late. I arrived early. Pricing is OK, there is a more economical choice close by. Dylan does a great job.

I’m disappointed by the lack of appointments at this location. I need to book appointments three months in advance to get in and that doesn’t work with my fluctuating travel schedule for work.

I was late because I got lost. When I arrived I was unable to get the full hour as scheduled.

Highly satisfied with massage but sadly highly dissatisfied as i am a member and went to book a massage for next month and following month and H&S is completely booked for next two months- i get massages for therapy for pain and need massage on a monthly basis so may need to go elsewhere where i can easily schedule a monthly massage/ all staff are very excellent and massage was excellent but no massage appts available until 3 months out in Sept/

The massage should have been for one hour, yet the massage ended after 45 minutes, including me getting clothed. Therefore, it is wrong to call the massage a one hour message. Otherwise every thing else was fine.

Would like to have facials and massages but massage appts with limited availability and are 2months out which never used to be that difficult. Disappointing

Three receptionist and I felt like they were unhappy being there. Felt like I was bothering them. Didn't feel welcomed. Asked questions and they just seemed like I was bothering them. Asked about my points and was told to go online and I did but could not find the place to see them. Another email, two phone calls and they told me my points. Maybe they had an off day but I never felt unwelcome at the spa like I did last night. Sorry just being honest.

No available appointments until August

Available appt times are often booked weeks in advance. Hard to get in around my work schedule.
