The availability of appointments is terrible. The massage was literally 45 min on the dot.

Everything was well done.

The room was freezing cold and the therapist did her best to turn up the heat on the table warmer and keep me draped at all times but I could not get warm so the massage felt like torture with the cold air coming down on me.

I find it very difficult to obtain an appointment during times that work with my schedule. I have to wait months to find an appointment.

I was highly satisfied with my facial. Problem was I called from outside as requested and seemed to annoy receptionist. I did not fill out online survey as it was not sent in time for me to fill it out. Most establishments send out one week before appointment. I feel the questions asked were over the required info just for a facial.

The therapist was knowledgeable and kind . He made me feel relaxed . My issue is I mentioned several times was extreme lower back and some sciatic pain. He never got to that area . He explained I was very tight and needed to relax me first . I will admit I felt relaxed but I still left with pain in deep lower back because we did not have time to get to it . So now I need to try to get a massage to address my pain . I believe the spa is short a therapist or 2 so it is very difficult to get an appointment. They are booked months out .

I am never highly satisfied. Plus, your new booking system is not letting me log in and there no way to find help on the website

The therapist was more talkative than I usually prefer, but very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The front desk staff could be more friendly.

The massage room was a little cold. Their is no area to set your stuff down, I had to put it on the floor.
