They asked me to sign up for the membership at checkout and I wanted to think about it. A few hours later I decided to do it but was shocked to not be able to sign up for memberships online. So now if I go back do I have to pay the $99 for massage or will they discount it to $59 if I sign up right away. Should be able to sign up online. Even car washes and gyms give you the opportunity to sign up online just not cancel membership online.

Appt started late, but she did make sure I got my allotted time in.

My massage therapist was friendly and knowledgeable but his personal style is not deep tissue massage. He is attempting to get deep tissue style relief using a very different technique. I requested a deep tissue therapist because that is what I enjoy and get relief from. This massage was ok but did not help my problem areas as much as traditional deep tissue work does.

I specifically scheduled my appointment to address muscle tightness in my back. I shared this with my therapist upon arrival. It was suggested that I add an upgrade since I have several built up packages. I chose an upgrade, which resulted in very little time being spent addressing my concern with my back.

It was my first facial and I enjoyed it all. The only part that became uncomfortable for me was the strap on my head for a prolonged time (although I did have braids in my hair and it could have also resulted from that). Since it was my first facial, I had no idea what to expect, the facial steamer definitely caught me off guard.

I don't give highly satisfied unless something was above and beyond. I have had facials where they also massaged my hands, shoulders and feet, that is above & beyond. I am thinking of discontinuing my membership since it is extremely difficult to get an appointment and it was suggested I book them out 2-3 months ... I would like to be able to get a massage when I want one so I am looking around.

I think $100 for an hour massage is too much

My appt started 10 min late and ended 5 min early. My total massage time was only 45 min, not 50 min. This has never happened to me before at this location.

I would have liked the opportunity to add another service the day of my facial, but was not able to. I totally understand the issues with COVID and time constraints.
