The person who gave me a massage continued to talk though the whole thing. The room was cold and the lights were bright for more than 50%. He also cracked jokes through most of the massage.

There was a machine for air quality in the corner. It appeared very dusty and their were dust particles all over in the corner. The machine needed to be cleaned and the floor around it needed to be vaccuumed. While I was face down, it was what I saw and thought about rather than the massage until it was time to turn over. I do not want this to reflect on my therapist. She was fantastic!

My therapist did a great job. She focused on my trouble areas and communicated with me well in session to make me feel comfortable.

The in-take receptionist nearest to the door that customers enter in order to get their service was really rude & unfriendly to me. She acted like she really didn’t want to wait on me. (Not the front door but the inside door). She maintained that behavior when I came & when I checked out.

Receptionist stand offish. I feel you shouldn’t have to ask how many credits and amount of points are available. Both should be provided at each checkout so client is aware of balance for future Esthetician Patty was awesome
