Wait time to start the massage and length of the massage were not as favorable and on point as I like.

I always book 80 mins .. and book 2-3 visits each time .. while that is my norm — an error was made in booking only 50 mins .. yea .. there was an apology - but for someone who goes every 2-3 weeks .. I would have expected a greater remuneration for the error .. they even knew it because the receptionist as I was checking g out stated she had already checked that my history ..

Unfortunately, the ease of securing an appointment was frustrating. Also, the price for the service is rather high. It was raised $15 recently and the service takes less than 20 minutes. Not a great value.

Extractions were very painful. I was hoping that I could get my eyebrows waxed during my facial, but that was unavailable.

Too many people in the waiting room.

Was my first massage. In 9 months due to covid limitations. So pain level was high. Expect more relief on next visit

The past 2 massages I have scheduled have been canceled with no opportunity to get a massage until December (end of), when I already have one scheduled. I have not had a massage since August and am continuously paying my membership without the ability to receive services, which is highly disappointing. I scheduled this facial in order to receive something so I don’t keep wasting my money. Despite it not being what I wanted, I was satisfied with my experience of receiving the facial.

I did only book 3 days out but I would have wished for a few more evening appointment times ! I do love that hand and stone is Open until 10pm though that’s so important for me working 16 hour shifts !

I would recommend the esthetician give a new mask after facial. I forgot a new one and I had to put my old one. I put all the dirt and germs back on my clean skin.

Arrived 15 early and massage started 10 minutes late. Did not enjoy wearing a mask. Was not offered additional add ons
