When Sharon left I asked to be put on a cancellation list. I received 2 calls but unfortunately could not take on short notice. I called weeks later to schedule an appointment asking if they were that booked up. Got appointment quickly.

The steam machine was faulty. It leaked water on my several times . Check out was difficult. It appears there are several systems and all the information does not cross over . It took over 20 mins to check out . I had to leave to pick up my child . I let them scan my credit card for the tip and was told they would email me a receipt. It’s been 24 hours and I still have received the receipt.

The add-ons were not worth their cost. I will not add-on in the future. I assumed the aromatherapy would diffused in the room through the duration of my massage and it was not. It was a one-time smell at the beginning of the massage.

I have had to book appointments way ahead to April due to the unavailability of time frames that work for me.

I was a little nervous because my esthetician kept coughing during my facial.

I experienced some pain in my shoulders the next day. I think he used too much pressure on them but that’s not entirely his fault. I should have said something but I thought it was because I was stiff

I feel the service was satisfactory, but I was not "highly satisfied" In previous facials, I was given small massage during "down time." I was also not told that the facial given was an upgrade and I had to pay additional out of pocket. This has happened to me a few times.

It should be up to each client and his or her massage therapist. If both of them are comfortable not wearing a mask, this should be an option, not a mandate.

My therapist was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. But he talked way too much. No one wants to talk that much while getting a massage.
