I always like the calm feeling when I come in. I always leave feeling relaxed when I leave. I have always had very friendly people that do the facials.

Previously I waited in my car until my therapist was ready. This time I called to check in and was told to come right in. There were 4 receptionists and 4 people all in the waiting room and not enough room to social distance, prior to my appointment. Myself and 3 other people sat waiting, closer then 6 feet for our appointments. Following my appointment there were five people waiting for appointments and 4 people all checking out. I felt better when they were having people wait for their therapist and being taken right back. I was even told during my confirmation call that I should call when I arrive and that I will then be called again when I should come in. I don't think having so many people in the waiting room is safe for the employees and the customers. I would appreciate if they went back to their original check in process until the pandemic resolves

This therapist was jerky in movements, instead of slow and steady. Albeit when i asked him to stop the karate chopping type activity he did. Way too much talking. A little too much stretching on the neck, but in fairness he did ask at least. Love this locale, may give therapist another chance.

I did not like the fact that I had to fill out another intake form when I arrived for my massage. I had already filled one out a few months ago and I would have much rather been taken back for my massage on time instead of having to fill out a form I already filled out. Maybe during one of my multiple reminder texts they could have told me to arrive sooner or sent me the form through email so it did not take away from my massage time.

I don't feel like the massage therapists are highly qualified. They seem inexperienced. I tried multiple masseuses to find one that I thought was awesome and they all fell short of being experienced. Hard to describe, but they just felt like they were just out of school.

Everything was great! The only thing that made it difficult to fully relax was having to wear my mask - it made breathing difficult especially when lying on my stomach with my head in the cradle. Definitely not Hand and Stone’s fault.

The therapist was very talkative, and it is just my personal preference to relax and be quiet during my massage.

I thought it was a 60 minute massage. When I asked before I left I was told they allow 5 minutes before to prepare and 5 minutes at the end to dress. My massage started on time and ended 10 minutes early. I don’t recall of that happening to me with my previous massages orcfacial at your location. My daughter and I had a massage at a different Hand and Stone and it was for 60 minutes.
